JJ is the Founder and President of PMI Biloxi. With over 18 years of professional real estate investing, customer service, and asset management, he brings his knowledge and experience together at PMI Biloxi. He is also the president of JHS Enterprises Inc, a real estate investment and development firm in South Mississippi.
“No matter what you make or manage, every business is a customer service business”. JJ grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and currently lives in Gulfport with his family.
Serre is a Co-Founding partner of PMI Biloxi. Serre brings a passion for real estate and all-things-Mississippi with local expertise and a desire to see our community stronger through great business and great investing in Mississippi
Kayla is the newest addition to the PMI Biloxi team. Kayla is a gulf coast native who works hard to make sure tenants and owners understand the maintenance process from beginning to end and makes sure tenant maintenance request are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
